Red Bean Paste and Glutinous Rice Roll (mini Version)

Prepare 100 grams of glutinous rice flour, add 20 grams of milk powder, and 30 grams of sugar. Add this amount according to your personal food intake! What I do is a mini version of the personal amount.

Add warm water and stir well, knead into a dough, add warm water little by little, don't pour too much at once.

Brush some oil on the plate and steam for about 20 minutes.

Pave the noodles with coconut paste on the tray.

After steaming, take it out and put it on the coconut, spread a piece of oiled plastic wrap on the surface, roll it back and forth with a rolling pin, tear off the plastic wrap when the surface is flat.

Add the bean paste and spread it evenly.

Roll it up, just cut a roll.

The mini version of glutinous rice rolls is ready, and one bite is very satisfying.
