Red Bean Paste Snowy Mooncake
1.
The red beans are cooked and smashed and fry. I don’t have a non-stick pan. I fry them with an electric baking pan. Fry them until they are slightly dry, add some brown sugar, and continue to fry. Stir-fry until a piece of red bean paste is shoveled up with a shovel and it will not fall off. Don't fry it too dry, because it will become more dry after cooling.
2.
Put 50 grams of glutinous rice flour, 25 grams of corn starch, 25 grams of corn oil, 20 grams of sugar, and 200 grams of milk into a large flat plate and mix well.
3.
Put it in the microwave oven on high heat for 5 minutes, take it out and stir once every 1 minute.
4.
After cooling, knead well, and cook the remaining 20 grams of glutinous rice flour in a microwave oven.
5.
30 grams of ice skin, 35 grams of red bean paste.
6.
After wrapping, sprinkle a little cooked glutinous rice flour into the moon cake mold to form a moon cake shape.
7.
The finished mooncakes taste better after refrigerating them.
Tips:
Because there is no orange powder, I use the same amount of cornstarch instead.
