4.
Sift again to ensure that the crust is delicate and delicious
5.
Cover with plastic wrap or put it in a plastic bag and steam it for about half an hour
6.
Immediately after steaming, stir and stir evenly. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator to keep fresh for one hour. To make sure that you don’t stick to your hands when making bean paste
7.
While the crust is refrigerated, we can fry some glutinous rice flour in a dry pan until slightly yellow. Use as hand powder
8.
After cooling and refrigerating, it is divided into 28g red bean paste/piece, and 35g/piece of ice skin can make about 7 [Note here, because my mold is a 63g 8-head mold]
9.
Take some hand powder and squeeze the ice skin and spread it out into a glutinous rice ball shape [or use disposable gloves for better preparation]
10.
Wrap them one by one, sprinkle some glutinous rice flour and shake them out in the mold. Press to form and refrigerate for a few hours for the best flavor
11.
It’s getting dark just now, I can’t wait for the molding to be completed and take pictures immediately
