Red Bean Pie
1.
Soak the red beans overnight in a pressure cooker, add water, just one finger higher than the beans, and after boiling, change to medium heat for 20 minutes.
2.
Cut six pieces of pie crust in the middle, divide them into 12 pieces, brush with egg wash on the edges, and pierce the six pieces with a fork.
3.
Spread the red bean paste evenly, leaving the edges
4.
Cover with another piece of pie crust, use a fork to press out the lace on the edge, glue the two pie crusts together, and brush with egg wash.
5.
Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake for 20 minutes in a baking tray.
6.
Eat it while it’s hot, isn’t it appetizing?😊
Tips:
Don't thaw the pie crust for too long, it won't be easy to handle after a long time. You can preheat the oven when you cover the pie crust.
