Red Bean Powder and Kudzu Pork Bone Soup

Wash the skin of the pink kudzu and cut into thin slices.

Boil the pork bones in boiling water to remove the blood.

Add tangerine peel and ginger.

Finally add the pink Pueraria lobata slices.
