Red bean snowy mooncakes are refreshing and sweet! I am not interested in moon cakes! Seeing a lot of people are making snowy mooncakes, I have also played with it. The filling is red bean filling made by myself.

Ingredients

Red Bean Snowy Mooncake

1. Prepare the ingredients, soak the red beans in water for 5 hours and then boil them in a pot.

2. Put the boiled red beans into a wok, add brown sugar and 50 grams of vegetable oil, stir-fry the water

3. Smash the beans with a spatula while frying

4. Stir-fry the dried red bean paste with moisture and it's ready

5. Add 200 grams of snowy moon cake powder to about 160 grams of boiling water at 85°C and stir together

6. I knead out the moon cake dough and divide it into small portions. My mold is 60 grams, so I always use 30 grams.

7. 30 grams of skin, 30 grams of bean paste wrapped

8. Just use a mold to press out the pattern, it’s a bit sticky, it’s not easy to release the mold, put some cooked vegetable oil on it, or fry some starch and sprinkle

9. Carve out patterns one by one and put them in the refrigerator for 3 or 4 hours before eating

Tips:

Snowy moon cake powder is very convenient to make moon cakes. The boiling water in the thermos is almost 80-90℃, just put some cake powder or brush some oil on the dough mold.
