Red Bean Taro Balls
1.
Wash the yam, peel and cut into small pieces
2.
Cook the yam (for convenience, of course a microwave oven hahaha)
3.
Use a rolling pin to grind the yam into yam mud
4.
Add two tablespoons of tapioca flour and knead well
5.
Knead into a smooth dough
6.
Cut into small cylindrical tablets
7.
Soak the red beans ahead of time
8.
Add water to the cooking machine and smash it (oh for sweetness, I married some red dates)
9.
Boil slowly in the pot on low heat
10.
In another pot, add the prepared yam taro balls and cook
11.
If you like the taste, you can add a little sago
12.
Boil the sago in a pot under water, boil it to translucent and then simmer it. Add the taro balls and sago to the cooked red bean paste!
