Red Bean Tart (amount of 9 Tarts)
1.
9 custard crusts, 110 butter, 25 milk, 20 white sugar, and 1 egg. Some red beans (according to your own taste). The custard crusts are taken out of the refrigerator 10 minutes in advance and placed on a plate to dry
2.
Beat the whole egg into a basin, add cream and milk in sequence, and stir evenly without sieving, but the sieving does not affect the taste
3.
Put the red beans in a thin layer on the bottom of the tart crust, pour the stirred egg tart filling into the tart crust, pour eighty-eight.
4.
Leave the oven in the oven for 25 minutes and heat up and down at 210 degrees (I used 215 degrees, which is a little mushy, I feel 210 degrees is just right) to preheat. After preheating, put the egg tart in and start.
5.
Baked egg tarts, it tastes good
Tips:
I donβt know if there is a difference in the temperature of ovens of different brands. I use an ACA oven. I use 215 degrees. I feel that the temperature is a little bit higher. When you make it, you can use 210 degrees.
