Red Bean Yokan

Gelatine tablets are soaked in edible ice water to soften them.

Pour 100 grams of red bean paste and 110 grams of water into a small milk pot.

Set the pot to light, heat on a medium and small fire, stirring from time to time to avoid sticking the pot. Add the right amount of sugar. Use a spoon to take a small amount of bean paste to try the sweetness, add or subtract sugar according to personal taste. Bring to a boil and turn off the heat.

Let cool for 5 minutes. Add the gelatin slices and stir until melted.

The silicone mold prepared in advance should be disinfected with boiling water for a few minutes before use. Pour the red bean paste into the mold, 8.9 points can be full.

Put it in the refrigerator and chill until it solidifies, about 2 to 3 hours.

It is highly recommended to use a silicone cup for easy demolding. You need to brush oil before using other molds.

After demoulding, sprinkle with melon seeds, the finished product is very delicate, it is sweet but not greasy in a bite, and it melts in the mouth. The finer the bean paste, the more tender the finished product.
Tips:
