Red Date Black Chicken Soup

Clean up the black-bone chicken, remove the head and claws, remove the bottom of the chicken, and hollow out the internal organs; wash the red dates and wolfberry, and slice the ginger

Put water in the pot, put the whole black-bone chicken, put in a little cooking wine and heat it together. After the water is boiled, cook for 3 minutes to remove. Pour out the blanched water.

Put the black-bone chicken in the soup pot, add enough water, add the cooking wine and ginger slices and boil it for 1 and a half hours, then add the red dates and wolfberry, and cook for another 20 minutes. Sprinkle some salt before it comes out of the pot
