Wuji Yam Soup
1.
Put ginger onions in cold water.
2.
Boil the black-bone chicken and skim the foam.
3.
If the black-bone chicken is over cold water, start another pot.
4.
Add green onions, ginger and black-bone chicken and simmer for 15 minutes.
5.
Add red dates and goji berries and simmer for another 20 minutes.
6.
Add the yam and simmer the carrots until soft.
