Red Date Tremella Melon Cup

Material preparation: red dates, white fungus, lotus seeds, wolfberry, lily, rock sugar, netted melon.

Soak the white fungus in warm water for 30 minutes and then wash it off, cut off the roots with scissors, and then tear them into small pieces by hand

Rinse the red dates and set aside; soak the lotus lily in warm water for ten minutes

Put the shredded white fungus, red dates and pear pieces into the pot, pour in water, cover the pot and boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for 1 hour;

When cooking, cut the netted melon crosswise at three quarters, dig out the flesh of the melon, and carve out the tooth-like pattern with a knife.

After the white fungus is boiled soft and thick, add a proper amount of rock sugar and a few wolfberries, and cook for 2 minutes to turn off the heat. It can be eaten cold or hot.
Tips:
1. The melon flesh taken out can be made into a milkshake with a food processor.
2. You can also use other fruits instead of melon cups.
