Red Dates, Longan and Tremella Soup

Prepare red dates, white fungus, longan, and sugar.

After washing the white fungus, soak it for half an hour, and then remove it after washing. Wash and drain the red dates, peel off the shell of the longan.

Put the soaked white fungus into a boiling pot, add red dates and water, and bring to a boil first.

After opening, stir it, turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour (beware of overflow at this time).

Then add the longan, stir, continue to boil, simmer over low heat.

After seeing that it is basically viscous (totally burn for 1 and a half hours), finally add white sugar, stir to dissolve the white sugar, turn off the heat.
