Red Dates, Yam and Tremella Soup

Wash the white fungus foam and cut into small flowers.

Wash the red dates.
3.
Peel the yam, wash and cut into small pieces.
4.
Boil an appropriate amount of water in the pot.
5.
Stew the white fungus and red dates over medium heat for 20 minutes.
6.
Add yam and rock sugar and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
