Ingredients

Red Fish Head

1. Choose fresh Baotou fish and half of the fish head (because I only eat it by myself, I am afraid that I will not finish the whole one)

2. Clean and remove the gills! Put it in a steaming dish, add cooking wine, garlic, and ginger and marinate for five minutes!

3. Cover with chopped peppers, remember not to overdo it, red peppers are saltier (bottled red peppers I bought)

4. It's best to use a steamer, because I don't have one at home, so just use a normal pot and steam it in about 15 minutes.

5. Put a piece of green onion (more color) before the pan, and serve!

Tips:

After buying the chopped pepper, it is best to taste it, so as not to put too much salty!
