To prepare Cantonese-style sausage, only one is actually used, and two salted duck egg yolks are peeled.

Crush the egg yolk and apply it to one end of the bean curd.

Put the sausage on the custard.

Roll up. Glue the edges with some starch paste.

Cut into pieces and put on a pan and steam for 15 minutes.
Tips:
Because Chinese sausage and salted duck egg yolk are both flavorful, there is no need to add any spices to this dish.
