Red Japonica Rice and Glutinous Rice Cake

Take 100 grams of Bama’s red japonica rice and beat it into a flour with a wall-breaking machine

This is sieved red japonica rice, 40 grams used

Take a large pot, add water-milled glutinous rice flour, red stem rice flour and sugar

Add appropriate amount of warm water to form a dough

Divide into small groups of about 30 grams each, a total of 9

Take a small dough and round it, poke a hole with your thumb, and then turn it larger

Put in the right amount of red bean paste and slowly close the mouth with tiger's mouth

Put it in a steamer and steam on high heat for 15 minutes

Tips:
The general method of glutinous rice dumplings is to steam the flour paste and then wrap the fillings. My method is more like dumplings. It is best to eat it while it is warm and it will become hard when it is cold.
