Red Oil Chili

Put the chili noodles and white sesame seeds in a large bowl and set aside

Pour the oil in the pot and add the spices; turn on the lowest heat and start to simmer

Turn on high heat and boil for a few more minutes, about until the white onion section changes color, remove all the spices with a colander
