Oyster Sauce Gluten

Tear the gluten into thin strips, wash, dry water

Wash ginger and chop into small pieces

Take a small bowl and pour 3 spoons of shiitake mushrooms, 1 spoon of fresh soy sauce, 1 spoon of white sugar, 1 teaspoon of mushroom essence, and mix thoroughly

Heat the pan with oil, after the oil is hot, add the gluten and fry the golden brown to remove the oil control, leave a small amount of oil in the pan, and fry the shiitake mushrooms into thin strips on low heat. Then pour the ginger into the pan and fry together.

Tips:
