In the cold south, I really want to hibernate in bed every day. The cold wind is bleak, looking at the northern heating with a sigh!
Do it yourself, make warm food, specially boiled brown sugar sauce, warm and sweet, with soft red panda dumplings, this winter is enough for you.

Red Panda Dumplings

1. Prepare the raw materials.

2. Knead various powders, sugar and water to form a dough.

3. Divide equally into 12 small dumplings.

4. Take two portions and knead evenly with black sesame powder.

5. Poke into ears, eyes and mouth.

6. The rest of the white dumplings were squeezed into the shape of a face.

7. Just glue them together.

8. Line up.

9. Boil a pot of boiling water and throw in the dumplings, then simmer for 15 minutes.

10. Soak up the moisture with kitchen paper.

11. Boil brown sugar with water to thicken.

12. Spread a layer of brown sugar sauce first.

13. Sprinkle soybean flour, and finally put panda dumplings.

Tips:

1. It is not very difficult to pinch the red panda, but some ears may fall off when cooking, because the dough is sticky, don’t worry, you can stick it on the back; if you are afraid of stickiness, you can cover it with plastic wrap after cooking. It won’t stick to your hands when you operate it on the bowl.
2. Regarding the sauce, I used soy flour before, because I don’t have it at home, so I replaced it with meat floss of the same color. If your child likes it, you can try it.
