Red Pepper Mixed with Yuba

                                Soak the yuba in warm water.

                                Cut red pepper into thin strips.

                                Boil water in a pot, put the yuba in it and blanch it for one minute to remove the beany smell.

                                Red pepper shreds are blanched in boiling water for half a minute.

                                Mix the two ingredients together, add a small amount of salt, vinegar and sesame oil, and mix well.
