Red Pomelo Coconut Milk Jelly

Peel the red grapefruit, peel off the flesh, and tear it into small pieces.

Put the small pieces of red grapefruit into cake molds or jelly molds, as long as it is made of silicone, which is easy to demould.

Pour the gelatin powder into a bowl.

Add half a bowl to a bowl of warm water.

Stir it to melt the gelatin powder.

Add a small amount of sugar to the coconut milk and heat it to melt the sugar.

Mix the coconut milk with the gelatin powder solution.

Stir it evenly. If it is overheated, let it dry, preferably not more than 60 degrees.

Divide the mixed solution obtained in the previous step into cake molds.
10.
Put it in the refrigerator and freeze for a long time before it solidifies.

Just take out the demoulding.
12.
This is ready to eat.
