Eating a white or black jelly is too monotonous. It’s just fun to make this. I didn’t expect the jelly cooked with amaranth juice to taste good. My colleagues said it was better than white, haha.

Ingredients

Three-color Jelly Cup

1. Wash the amaranth leaves

13. Pour out the black jelly and cut into pieces

14. Pour out the red jelly and cut into pieces

15. Pour out the white jelly and cut into pieces

16. Put it in a cup and add a little red grapefruit to taste better

17. Pour a little condensed milk to taste

Tips:

Note: If you like a thicker taste, you can cook it in less water
