Honey Grapefruit Tea

Wash grapefruit peel: first soak with detergent, then rub with fine salt, and finally rinse with 60 degrees hot water

Use a scraper to scrape off the skin of the grapefruit, the thinner the better

Cut the scraped grapefruit peel into thin filaments, the finer the better

Put a little salt in the sliced grapefruit peel

Rub vigorously until the grapefruit peel comes out

Rinse with clean water, repeat three times, after the last rinse, put it in light salt water, put it in the refrigerator overnight, so that the bitter taste of grapefruit peel will be removed

The next day, take out the soaked grapefruit peels, rinse them, put them in a pot with water and salt and cook for another 10 minutes
