Red Wine Steak

Freshly bought New York bone-in steak, marinated with salt and black pepper for half an hour. During the marinating process, a small amount of red wine is poured and marinated together.

Prepare butter and coriander (carrots are used to fry pasta)

Heat the pan, melt the butter, put the garlic in and fry until fragrant

Put the beef in, fry on high heat for 45 seconds, then switch to medium heat

Fry for about two minutes, turn over

Turn the noodles again in the middle (decided according to how well you like to eat steak, I prefer six to seven minutes)

The steak is pressed with fingers at the end, it is not particularly soft, it looks very cooked, and it can be cooked

Pour the red wine into the pot, put the sugar in it, and simmer on a low heat

Boil until thick

Sprinkle the red wine sauce on the steak with a spoon
