Red Wine Vinegar with Ice Grass
1.
Soak the ice grass in clean water for a longer time. I also put a little baking soda in the water.
2.
After soaking, wash it out several times and remove, and drain the water;
3.
Break the ice grass into small pieces, put them in a plate, and sprinkle some almonds on top;
4.
Pour in the right amount of red wine vinegar;
5.
Pour in an appropriate amount of olive oil;
6.
Mix well to start.
Tips:
Almonds are salted almonds, soak them in clear water for a while to remove the salt and you can eat them. The ice grass itself has a salty taste, so there is no need to add salt.
