Red Wine Watermelon Rind

Wash the skin of the watermelon, cut it open, and cut the watermelon flesh;

Put the lid on, change to low heat and simmer for 25 minutes after boiling. PS: Watermelon rind fully absorbs water, dries, and the color turns red.
Tips:
1. Wash the skin when cutting watermelon;
2. Do not leave the red part of the watermelon rind;
3. When boiled, make a small fire, pay attention to turn off the fire when it is very dry;
4. The boiling time is slightly different depending on the size of the fire and the pot;
5. Watermelon should choose crispy watermelon to taste delicious.
