Speaking of red yeast rice, probably many friends like me are the first reaction to red yeast rice wine. My mother-in-law’s family makes red yeast rice wine every year. As for the extra red yeast rice lees, it will be used to make rice cakes, which is particularly fragrant. But this is the first time that I have used roasted meat.

Red Yeast Rice Vinasse

1. Wash pork belly and cut into small pieces

2. Pour the cut pork belly into the pot and boil for 2 minutes

3. Saute fragrant with ginger garlic chili in a pot

4. Pour the pork and stir fry

5. When the pork is slightly browned, add the red yeast rice lees

6. Continue to stir fry until the pork is all colored

7. Sprinkle with a handful of salt and sesame seeds

8. Put the meat in the steamer and steam for half an hour

9. The steamed meat can be eaten

Tips:

1. Cook the meat in boiling water to make the meat less greasy;
2. Steaming on the steamer can steam the greasy meat in the fat, and on the other hand, the meat tastes softer.
