Refined Lard

Prepare pig fat.

Pour water into the pot and add pig fat to scald it.

Turn off the heat after boiling.
4.
Pour into a leaking basin to drain the water.
5.
Pour the pig fat into a bowl and heat the water.

The hot water should be less than pig fat (I added some hot water).
7.
Cook over medium and low heat, and slowly let the water in the pot evaporate.
8.
After the water is evaporated, the oil is slowly refined.
9.
When the fat becomes oily residue, turn off the heat.
10.
Pour the refined lard into the soup bowl and put it in the refrigerator.
