The pork tenderloin I bought came with a piece of fat on it. The family didn’t like to eat it, so I wanted to refine it and use it when making meringues. It would do two things with one stone.

Refined Lard

1. Cut the pork from the tenderloin, wash and dice

2. There is no water in the pot and put the diced meat

3. Add some salt and slowly marinate (If you add salt, the finished pork can be eaten directly, or it can be left for a long time)

4. Stop the fire when there is not much oil in the marinade. You can also lighten the marinade. My marinade is a bit dry.

5. Remove the oil residue and cool the oil in the pot

6. Wait until it's cool and scoop it into the bottle

7. Put the oil in the refrigerator for a long time, take it as you use it, simple and convenient
