Refreshing and Pleasant: Summer Salad

Cut the avocado carefully with a knife, scoop out the pulp and dice with a spoon.

Wash and slice cucumbers.

Slice the tomatoes, cut the eggs, and cut the onions into strips.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl.

Drizzle some lemon salad juice and flaxseed oil (you can use olive oil instead). Sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
Tips:
Eggs must be cooked before they can be added to the salad. If it is a soft-boiled egg, it will not only affect the appearance but also the taste.
