Refreshing Chicken Roll
1.
Prepare all the ingredients and marinate the chicken breast with Orleans marinade one night in advance.
2.
After weighing the high-gluten flour, sift it and pour it into the bowl. The arowana high-gluten flour I use is fine and free of impurities, so I can use it directly.
3.
Add hot water to the flour in portions, mix well with chopsticks, knead the dough and cover it, and let it stand for 10 minutes. Use hot water to blanch the noodles to make the cakes softer and easier to cook. Hot water should be added in small amounts one by one to make the dough more uniform and prevent the dough from being too thin or too hard.
4.
Take a piece of kneaded dough, knead it into a long strip, and cut it into a size equivalent. This step is similar to making dumplings.
5.
Take two tablets, squeeze them in the palm of your hand, apply a little vegetable oil on one of them, and cover the other on top. 6. Use a rolling pin to roll the round cake formed by the two doses into the thinnest possible piece of dough.
6.
Preheat a non-stick pan or electric baking pan without oil, put the rolled cake directly into the pan, and bake it for a while.
7.
When there is a little scorch mark on the surface of the cake, turn it over after bulging in the middle of the cake, and then bake it for a while before serving it out and let it cool.
8.
Bake all the cakes like this.
9.
Using the remaining temperature of a non-stick pan, pour a little vegetable oil. After the oil is hot, drain the chicken and fry. Fry the chicken steaks on both sides of high heat until the shape is set, and also lock the internal moisture, and then fry the insides on low heat until they are cooked through.
10.
Brush a little sauce on one side of the pancake (choose chili sauce, sweet noodle sauce or salad dressing according to personal preference), and roll up the fried chicken steak and sliced cucumber strips on top.
11.
Finally, roll it again with tin foil, twist both sides like sugar paper, and cut it from the middle, so that when eating, you can tear off the tin foil, which is convenient and does not dirty your hands.
12.
The refreshing chicken roll is ready, you can eat it directly, or put it in the refrigerator, tear off the tin foil for breakfast, and heat it in the microwave for ten seconds.
Tips:
1. You can make a lot of cakes at one time, pack them into bags and seal them, and put them in the refrigerator to freeze. Just take out and reheat when you want to eat.
2. You can replace the chicken chops with steaks, cut them into strips and roll them up after they are cooked. 3. The higher the flour gluten, the more gluten the cake tastes. You can also use wheat core flour, dumpling flour and the like instead.
