Rice Cooker Matcha Cake
1.
To prepare the ingredients, I used boiled red beans with an appropriate amount of red bean paste and stirred evenly, instead of canned red beans. It doesn't matter if you don't have any, you can put honey or syrup on it, mainly because this method does not add sugar, so it has to be topped with a little sweet.
2.
Pour flour and matcha powder into the inner pot of the rice cooker.
3.
Stir well.
4.
Beat the egg and milk together and mix well.
5.
Pour the custard mixture into the inner pot of the rice cooker and stir evenly.
6.
Put it back in the rice cooker and use the normal cooking mode. If you find that it is not fully cooked, cook it again, because it is automatic, so you don't have to worry about burning it.
