Rice Noodles

First use a food processor to beat Wuchang Daohuaxiang rice into powder.

After mixing rice noodles with flour, add sugar and mix well.

The yeast powder is dissolved in an appropriate amount of warm water, slowly poured into the powder several times, and gently stirred with chopsticks.

Blend into a moist dough or batter.

Add chopped raisins.
