Sausages are Cantonese sausages. I don’t know if anyone would approve of my idea. Cantonese-style sausages have a good fat-to-lean ratio. They are salty and sweet. The flavor can reflect the sweetness of Cantonese.
Sausage fried rice with black truffle and shrimps, I feel a bit on the high-end, this fried rice is oily and sweet, without other side dishes, it is eaten all at once.

Fried Rice with Sausage and Truffle
