Roast Duck

Wash and drain, marinate with soy sauce, five-spice powder, pepper, salt and sugar, massage it repeatedly, and then marinate in a fresh-keeping bag for half a day

Dry on the grill or use a hair dryer

Brush honey and white vinegar evenly at 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes

Take out and wrap the part that is easy to be burnt with tin foil and bake at 200 degrees for 40-50 minutes
5.
Wait for it to cool and cut into pieces
