Roasted Bacon

Prepare the cured duck meat.

Soak in water.

The cured duck meat is cleaned with hot water.

Add water to the pot and add the cured duck meat.

Add some cooking wine, ginger slices and peppercorns.

Cook for half an hour.

Add chili powder, cumin powder and barbecue ingredients to the bowl.

Tips:
1. The cured duck meat is relatively dry and salty, soak it in water.
2. Add some cooking wine, ginger slices and peppercorns when cooking the duck to remove the peculiar smell.
