Roasted Bone Potatoes

Peel and chop garlic.

Wash the crispy bones and cut into small pieces. Add a bag of barbecue sauce.

Add a spoonful of very fresh soy sauce.

Add a spoonful of oyster sauce and chili powder to mix evenly. Marinate for more than 4 hours to taste.

Peel and cut the potatoes into a baking tray lined with tin foil. Place the marinated crispy bones on the potatoes, pour the remaining sauce and put them in the oven at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Tips:
The longer the marinating time, the more delicious. The baking time is adjusted according to the temperament of your own oven.
