Roasted Brussels Sprouts in An Air Fryer

Peel the remaining leaves of Brussels sprouts and cut them in half;

In a large bowl, put 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp white pepper, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt;

Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix well;

Pour in Brussels sprouts and stir evenly;

Spray a layer of vegetable oil on the bottom of the air fryer;

Pour the Brussels sprouts and shake the baking tray a few times so that the ingredients are flat and not stacked;

Set 320°F, 10 minutes, when it’s time to take out the baking tray, shake it a few times, and bake it for about 5 minutes. The surface of the finished product is more burnt, so you can enjoy it by peeling off the burnt leaves.
Tips:
Many people like to use olive oil and seasonings for grilling or vegetables, but I think it’s better to use vegetable oil. I think it’s better to use olive oil for salads.
