Lamei--bacon Claypot Rice

Cut the bacon. If it is too hard, steam it softly and then cut it again. Cut the scallion into white slices, cut the green onion leaves, and cut the brussels sprouts into four pieces;

Wash the rice and put water into the pressure cooker. The ratio of rice to water is the same as usual for cooking. Leave a few slices of extra-fat bacon for cooking oil, and put the rest of the bacon in the rice. Cover the lid and press the rice cooker;

Stir the fat bacon out of oil;

Pull the meat aside, add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté;

Pour in Brussels sprouts, add 1/3 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp sugar and 1/3 tsp pepper, and sauté until soft;

Add scallion white, spread evenly;

When the rice is cooked, add the vegetables, cover and simmer for five minutes;

Pour in chopped green onion, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, stir well and enjoy.
Tips:
1. In general, add some light soy sauce and dark soy sauce when enjoying the general waxed rice and stir well, which can especially show the characteristics and style of waxed rice;
2. It should be accompanied by some vegetables, such as lettuce, cabbage core, cabbage, broccoli, etc., whatever you want.
