Roasted Chicken Wing Root

Wash the roots of chicken wings, add salt, and pickle in cooking wine to taste;

Sauce: Add tomato ketchup and pepper seasoning to a small bowl, squeeze in the lemon juice, then slice a little lemon zest, and stir well

The marinated chicken wing roots are dried with kitchen paper;

Cover the baking tray with tin foil and bamboo sticks (mainly for turning it over, of course, you can put it directly on the grilling net), brush the roots of the chicken wings with sauce and place them;

Put butter on the roots of chicken wings and bake for 20 minutes in the oven;
6.
Turn the roots of the chicken wings and bake for another 10 minutes. (Time is for reference only)
