Roasted Chicken Wing Root

Wash chicken wings and roots

Cut a few cuts with a knife

Add a spoonful of homemade spicy red oil

Add appropriate amount of egg white, salt and pepper, light soy sauce, sesame oil, cumin, and pepper. Grab well, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for more than two hours

Tips:
One: It must be marinated in advance to taste;
Two: You can also put it in the microwave for five or six minutes and then bake it, which greatly saves time and the taste is almost undiminished.
