Roasted Cowpeas with Pork Skins

Soak the marinated cowpea for more than 2 hours to remove the salty and sour taste

Then wash it and cut into pellets

Wash the skin and cut into small pieces

Heat oil, fry the scallions and ginger, add the pork skin and stir well, then cook into the cooking wine

Add some soy sauce

Add the diced cowpea and stir fry evenly

Tips:
1. It is better to cut the pork skin into smaller pieces.
2. Because the marinated cowpea has a bottom flavor, taste it when seasoning.
