Roasted Eggs

Buy fresh flower beetle, wash the mud and sand, blanch it with boiling water, remove the shell and take the meat for later use. The soil eggs are relatively small, so I used four

Tips:
1. The sweet potato starch is added to increase the amount of egg liquid and to make the omelet soft and tender
2. This dish has less salt, and what you eat is its sweetness
