My sister came to my house to stop by and said that she wanted to eat roasted immortal grass. I saw that there were pure coconut milk powder and crispy coconut flakes at home, so I made a coconut-flavored roasted immortal grass with coconut milk. My sister ate up a bowl in a while, haha.

Roasted Grass with Coconut Milk

1. Put the fairy grass powder into the pot

2. Stir well with a small amount of water first

3. Pour into the pot again, add the remaining water and stir evenly

4. Bring to a boil on low heat, it will be thick after boiling

5. Pour into a container, let cool and solidify

6. Cut into pieces after solidification

7. Put burnt grass in a bowl, and put a few peeled walnuts

8. 2 sachets of pure coconut milk powder

9. Rinse warm water and let cool slightly

10. Pour in coconut milk

11. Sprinkle some coconut flakes on the surface, the taste will be richer and the coconut fragrant will be more intense

Tips:

I didn't put sugar, you can put sugar if you like sweet ones.
