Roasted Herbs with Honey Bean Guiling Paste

Add tortoise paste powder to the boiling pot, boil it over high heat and solidify, then stir and set aside

Cook fresh taro balls and set aside

Cook the sago and refrigerate it to avoid sticking together
4.
Prepare a bag of ready-to-eat red beans for use

Finally, mix all the milk tea, red beans, sago dew, tortoise ling paste in a bowl and serve on a plate.
Tips:
1. Stir and cook the sago
2. Honey or white sugar can be added to milk tea
3. Using white jelly instead of Guiling paste is also delicious
