Roasted Lamb with Radishes
1.
Blanch large pieces of lamb.

Cut into small pieces for later use.
3.
Cut radish into pieces with a hob.
4.
Cut more green onions, ginger, and garlic.
5.
Saute the chives, ginger, garlic and light soy sauce in a frying pan.
6.
Stir fry the lamb.
7.
Stir-fry the radish.
8.
Add water, add salt, add cooking wine.
9.
Transfer to a pressure cooker and turn the high heat to low heat for 15 minutes.
10.
After exhausting, move to the wok to collect the juice.
