Roasted Lamb with Yellow Sprouts

Cooked lamb slices.

Wash yellow sprouts and cut into pieces.

Heat the pan, pour the oil into the ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Add lamb and stir fry twice.

Add chopped green onion and stir fry twice.
6.
Add appropriate amount of hot water to boil.
7.
Add yellow sprouts and burn until broken.
8.
Season with salt and pepper and serve on a plate.
