Roasted Mussels with Garlic

After the mussel is opened, wash it off. If it’s hard to open like this, just boil it in boiling water to open the shell and then break it open.

Chop garlic into garlic paste. Add peanut oil and mix well

Tips:
Buy the mussels and choose the bigger ones. The meat will be much thicker. I went to buy it too late. They are relatively thin. If you don't like garlic, don't put it. It will be more delicious.
