Roasted Potatoes with Black Pepper

Peel the potatoes, wash them, and roll them until they are cut into pieces, not too big or smaller.

Sprinkle with chili noodles and pepper, then drizzle with a spoonful of corn oil.

Stir well with chopsticks.

Line the baking tray with greased paper in advance, and pour the potato pieces on top. Preheat the oven, 180 degrees, middle and lower level, bake for 15 minutes.

Take out the potato pieces, turn them over with chopsticks, and bake them in the oven for 10 minutes.

Serve it on a plate, and you're ready to eat.
